What to include
Tell us what happened and which app version you are using. If your request concerns an account, write from the email address associated with it when possible. Do not send passwords, full payment details, Apple Health information, or sensitive journal content.
Purchases and subscriptions
You can restore purchases or open subscription management from Totopo settings. Subscription cancellation and refunds are managed through the App Store. Deleting your Totopo account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
